Why does Nails Vision need photo access?
Nails Vision uses Apple’s photo picker, so you choose the exact inspiration image to share. The app cannot freely browse your library.
Why does Nails Vision need camera access?
The camera powers live try-on. Frames are analyzed on your iPhone to follow your hand and are not uploaded by Nails Vision.
My inspiration image will not process.
Check your internet connection, then try a clear, well-lit image where the nails are easy to see. Screenshots and standard JPEG, PNG, or WebP images work best. If it still fails, try another image and contact us with the error shown.
I bought recreations but cannot see them.
Keep Nails Vision installed and reopen it while connected to the internet. Verified purchases are delivered automatically, including purchases that were interrupted before delivery. If the balance still does not update, contact support and include the approximate purchase time. Never send payment-card details.
How do I request deletion of server data?
Email keal.selen@gmail.com with the subject “Nails Vision Data Deletion.” Because Nails Vision has no named accounts, we may ask for limited information needed to locate the anonymous installation record.
The live preview does not align with my nails.
Use the back camera in even light, keep your hand flat, and make sure every fingertip is visible. Move the phone slightly farther away and avoid busy backgrounds.
Where are my saved designs?
Designs created in Build a Look are stored on your iPhone. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data can remove them.
How do I remove a saved design?
Open Build a Look, find the saved design, and use its delete control. This removes the local copy from your device.
Can I use Nails Vision without the camera?
Yes. You can create a look, build a custom set, and prepare a salon summary without camera access. Live try-on requires it.

Permissions
To change camera access, open Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera → Nails Vision. Photo selection is managed by Apple’s system photo picker.
